Project description: The overall objective of the Civil Society Facility, of which this contract is a part, is to strengthen participatory democracies and the EU approximation process in the Western Balkans and Turkey. The main goal of TACSO 3 is to strengthen the capacity of civil society organisations (CSOs) to actively take part in the democratic processes and to stimulate an enabling environment for civil society and pluralistic media development.

Key expert: Communication expert – minimum 380 Working days

• Qualifications and skills: University degree or equivalent (i.e. 8 years of professional experience following secondary education,) ;
• General professional experience: at least ten years of work experience out of which five obtained in an international setting;
• Specific professional experience: at least five years’ experience in public relations, communication or similar. Digital and social media skills are an asset.
